Funeral Nav Mobile

  • September 01, 2016

Project Description

Funeral Nav was created for a client, that allows people attending a funeral to follow the hearse with audible turn by turn directions from their mobile.

Funeral professionals can easily communicate with anyone driving to a funeral - by making the procession viewable in a searchable list of processions around them and starting and stopping the drive.

The app is in real-time and anyone following the procession will get turn-by-turn directions as they happen on their mobile device with audible prompts - "The hearse turned left on Madison Ave and is heading East" a map view, and directions to the hearse if you get lost.

It is published in the iOS and Android app stores, and we also developed and accompanying commercial website, and backend management system for the client.

There are two in-app purchases built into the app for monetization, which are subscription based and manageable from the client website.

I would highly recommend Moonbeam Development to anyone seeking a professional and hardworking developer. They were as concerned with the final outcome and delivery of what I had in mind as I was, and were able to get it done within my budget. Thank you Rich, Mike and all the other "Moonmen" and "Moonwomen" behind the scenes for making my dreams a reality! -Joseph Bernaudo
