Performance pH Climate Surveys Project

Project Description
We partnered with PerformancePH to develop an online survey system through a custom website design that allows multiple agencies from different location to submit surveys to employees at different levels organizations, to help determine the culture and/or climate of an organization.
Surveys are collected and graded on a 5-point scale (200 questions) to determine a companies overall "climate". The end result is a detailed 20 page report that companies can view their overall climate to help make better decisions for employees. The system is widely used by hundreds of companies throughout the US and Canada.
